Vanessa is an Airbnb super host who has been hosting remotely for close to 2 years. She specializes in providing the ultimate girls trip/bachelorette experience. She’s hosted over 100 bachelorettes to date across both her properties in Nashville and Scottsdale.

What made you confident in hosting and marketing for your niche properties/ do you have a marketing background?
I know you host remotely in Chicago, why Nashville and Scottsdale specifically?
Your “I Do Crew” mural at your Scottsdale location really cut out any other type of reservations - Did you have any fears about pushing away such a large group of potential guests?
How is it when it comes to mid-week bookings or non-bachelorette season?
Do you have a nightly minimum?
Does your niche help you offset your seasons at all?
Who did the design, murals, extra amenities like the putting green, etc?
How did you create your logo and maintain your color palette throughout?
Do you provide the floaties or do guests bring in their own?
What’s your take on the typical Airbnb house rules (no pets, no parties)?
If you say no extra people are allowed, what if your guests want to bring a yoga instructor, or private chef?
How does teaming up with local vendors work?

Did you ever think to do a second property in Nashville versus starting a new location in Scottsdale?
