The “guru” who posts a screenshot of their $4,000 Airbnb payout didn’t mention that they have 5 partners on the deal they are splitting that with, and that their poor management skills are resulting in them giving hundreds in refunds every month. The host with 100 properties in their portfolio didn’t mention that they are only making $100 profit on each of those. And the investor bragging about their $10 million real estate portfolio left out that $9.5 million of that is debt.

This program is about sustainable scaling, and focusing on the metrics that actually increase your net worth and cash flow, not the metrics that will impress *insert random finance bro*. In this program, I want to encourage you to find investments that you will want to bring your family to, or that you could one day retire in. We’re not just picking markets we couldn’t care less about because the numbers say we’ll make 3% more cash on cash return there. We want to do this in a way that’s fulfilling and inspires you to create spaces you’d want to stay in.

In this program, we teach that profits follow from good hospitality. Not that you should sacrifice hospitality in order to save a buck.
