Interview with Luca Zambello, CEO of Jurny

1. Tell us about yourself and how you found yourself in STRs and a CEO of a tech company.

2. How are you like functioning when there's so many tools out there that like overlap and do each other's roles? Like how do you integrate all of that in one vertical?

3. I know some other PMSs out there, within the PMs itself, they do automated messaging and stuff. Are you guys handling any of that?

4. So if somebody comes to start using Jurny and they've already been working with a dynamic pricing software, if that's not the software that you guys integrate with, would they have to switch over?

   • What about things when people talk tech stack it always to me is more on like the software side, but I always want to know, like with smart locks or your noise monitor, your thermostat, can all of that also be integrated, like the physical hardware pieces?

5. How do you set it up and then what roles and tasks is it taking over for you from then on out?

6. You can drag and drop changing reservations between units?!

7. My Schlage and code lock doesn’t connect with Airbnb, does Jurny do this?

8. What's the integration, I know you said that you also work with Minut, the Noise Monitor. What would that look like if your guests start being loud or rowdy?

9. What about pricing, we can override the system to adjust for peak seasons?

10. For cleaning schedules, how does Jurny’s PMS handle that?

11. Does Jurny pick up on new Airbnb updates and changes, or would we have to login into Airbnb to check?

12. Do you have any connections with anyone, like Amazon, for restocking consumables?

13. What is your perspective on what trends are coming for hosts?

14. How much prep work does it take the host?

15. What AI is Jurny working with?
