Episode 125: "Cleaning isn't an Expense, It's a Marketing Strategy" - Interview with Jonathan Wicks

This week I got to chat with Jonathan Wicks of Well & Good Professional Services. I've often said on this podcast that I DO NOT recommend ever hiring a cleaning company, and always going with an individual cleaner instead... however, if you have a Well & Good branch in your market, throw that advice out the window. Well, & Good is the only cleaning company that I can actually endorse and stand behind, and so much of that is because they don't operate like a big cleaning conglomerate. Jonathan has a huge heart behind hosting and is a big believer in using "services as marketing" (ie: if you provide great service, use that as a selling point!)

If you're a host who cares about doing things right and delivering quality experiences, you'll resonate with this conversation so deeply.
